FFMPEG encode script

This is a simple script written by Ray Tiley from Tightrope / Cablecast that looks to a directory and checks a video file's audio codec to see if it is compatible with Cablecast. If not, it re-encodes the file and stores to a directory accessible to the cablecast. See the GDO post for more information.
