All of the public will be able to use the center. We just moved into a new studio that is handicap accessible. our local university, Southwest Minnesota State University is a 100% accessible facility.

Our outreach would include the local area schools, SMSU, and the Adult Community Center

Southwest Minnesota State University has a marketing department that does survey work for the City of Marshall on a consistant level. we would use them.
20. Please describe your primary training and educational programs, including curricula, student certification programs, etc.: 
training would be based with the Marshall Community Education program using the local school, SMSU and the Adult Community Center. All of thes programs have done their own thing successfully, but this pogram would alllow us to coordinate these efforts into one community centered program.

We would use instructors that have already been teaching these classes. We would us 1-2 full time.
