MERCI, a stand alone Drupal module, allows users to reserve equipment, resources and facilities based on assigned permissions and staff to manage equipment inventory and availability. Providing these functions online gives users the ability to manage their own use of resources without the limitation of staff availability. By integrating with a constituent relationship management solution, such as CiviCRM or Salesforce, the Open Media Tools can limit access based on membership type, membership status, certifications or other stored information.
